If everyone comes to you with questions, your business can only grow as fast as you can answer them.
I'm Rachel Green, a business systems and workflow consultant at Rachel Green Creative. I help growing businesses and agencies build the workflows, SOPs, templates and automations that let their team find answers, follow a process and get work done without running everything past the owner.
Here's how one request moves through a system I build.
- 1
The request comes in
A simple form asks for everything up front, so nobody has to chase details later.
- 2
Automation does the busywork
Templates and automations turn that request into a first draft, a task or a brief in minutes.
- 3
A person on your team checks it
Before anything moves on, someone reviews it. If it's off, it gets fixed here.
- 4
It goes out right
The work reaches your team or your client complete, without you in the middle.
Step 3 is the part most businesses skip. Automation saves time, but only when a person is still checking what it produces.
The same things keep slipping through the cracks.
- You're growing faster than your team can keep up with.
- You don't have time to properly onboard new hires or new clients.
- One person holds all the knowledge about how something works. If they left tomorrow, you'd be stuck.
A client told me recently that the only person who knew how to run one of their systems had retired, and they had to call her out of retirement to ask how it worked.
That's what happens when processes live in people's heads instead of in your business.
Start with an audit, build what's missing, keep it running.
Systems Audit
I map one or two of your key workflows and show you exactly what's missing, what's broken and where things are leaking. We start with a 60-minute session with you, then I talk with up to three people on your team who work in those workflows, about 20 minutes each.
Within 14 days you get a visual map of each workflow, a written findings report and a walkthrough call. What your team tells me is used to fix the process, not the people, and no one is named in the report.
If you move forward with implementation, the $497 is credited toward it.
Implementation
I build three complete workflows for your business: mapped processes, step-by-step SOPs, request forms, project templates and automations that handle the repetitive work.
I walk your team through each system with a kickoff call, video walkthroughs and check-ins. Your team does the setup, about two hours a week, and I review everything before we call it done. When your team builds it, they know how it works, and it doesn't get forgotten in a shared drive the month after I leave.
Agencies also get my creative brief template, so account managers send designers complete, clear briefs every time.
Founding rate for my first 2 clients: $3,500, in exchange for honest feedback and a testimonial once your systems are running.Ongoing Systems Support
Once your systems are running, I stay on as your systems partner. Each month we plan what's coming next, I build one new workflow or automation, and I update your existing systems as your business changes so nothing goes stale. Includes priority Slack access during business hours.
I take two ongoing clients at a time.
The repetitive work gets handled. Your people stay in charge.
At an agency, an account manager can enter the client details and get a complete creative brief in minutes, then review it before it goes to the designer. Designers want to do the creative work. What slows them down is guessing at what nobody told them.
You could ask a chatbot to write your SOPs and you'd get documents. What you wouldn't get is someone who maps how work actually moves through your business, builds the system around it and makes sure your team uses it.
- You stop being the person with all the answers. Your team can look things up for themselves.
- The systems belong to you. If you ever sell your business, they're part of what makes it worth more.
- My goal for every implementation: 5 to 8 hours a week back for the owner, and new hires up to speed in about half the time.
- Your business can take on more work as it grows.

Common questions about working with me
What is a business systems audit?
A systems audit is a review of one or two of your key workflows. I start with a 60-minute session with you, then talk with up to three people on your team for about 20 minutes each. Within 14 days you get a visual map of each workflow, a written findings report and a walkthrough call.
How much does a systems audit cost?
The Systems Audit is $497. If you move forward with implementation, the $497 is credited toward it.
What does implementation include?
Implementation is $4,500 and covers three complete workflows: mapped processes, step-by-step SOPs, request forms, project templates and automations that handle repetitive work. It runs about four weeks, and your team spends about two hours a week on setup while I review everything.
Do you use AI in the systems you build?
Yes, where it helps. Automations, including AI tools, handle the repetitive work, and a person on your team reviews the output before it moves on. Your people stay in charge.
Why not just ask ChatGPT to write our SOPs?
You'd get documents. You wouldn't get someone who maps how work actually moves through your business, builds the system around it and makes sure your team uses it.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Agencies get my creative brief template, which helps account managers send designers complete, clear briefs every time.
